The Hotel company also runs a farm on the slopes of Durmitor Mountain, which breeds around 700 sheep and is considered one of the largest in the Balkans. This Durmitor farm produces delicious certified organic products, as sheep and lamb meat, sheep milk cream and skimmed sheep milk cheese, known as “Prlja and Saljevak”, which are favorite delicacies served to hotel guests and visitors. The yearly production amounts to 1 tons of cream, 2 tons of Prlja cheese and 500 kg of Saljevak.
