Day 1 Arrival to Belgrade Airport and welcome by PANACOMP professional guide and transfer to Novi Sad. Hotel accommodation. Dinner in “Sokace” traditional restaurant. Overnight.

Day 2 After breakfast full day tour to Fruska Gora National Park, the former Pannonean Sea. Visit to Krusedol and Grgeteg Monasteries, the best preserved amongst seventeen Medieval Monasteries in Fruska Gora. Traditional lunch at “Perkov salas” /Perko’s Farm/ full of greenery. Drive along beautiful slopes of Fruska Gora Mountain to Sremski Karlovci and tour of picturesque cultural center of Serbs in baroque style : Bishop’s Residence, “The Four Lions Fountain”, St. Nicola’s Orthodox Church, Gymnasium. Honey Museum visit with honey and delicious wines tasting in authentic wine cellar. Drive to Petrovaradin Fortress, called the “Gibraltar on the Danube”, thanks to its strategic position on the stone above the Danube. Walking tour of Novi Sad downtown : The City Hall, The Cathedral, Assembly of Vojvodina, shopping zone with restaurants and coffee-shops… Dinner in Restaurant with beautiful view to Danube River. Overnight.

Day 3 After breakfast drive via Belgrade to Topola and visit to Oplenac Royal Mausoleum and the St. George’s Church with magnificent mosaics. Lunch in traditional restaurant. Drive along beautiful landscape via Kragujevac and Kraljevo along the “Kings’ Valley” to Studenica Monastery, 12th century, the most spiritual Complex of Churches in Serbia with magnificent fresco decoration. Accommodation in Monastery Dormitory and “monastic dinner”. Overnight.

Day 4 After breakfast drive to Zica Monastery, 13th century and sightseeing tour. Drive on to Vrnjacka Banja Spa, the “Queen of Serbian Spas” and lunch. Drive to Ljubostinja and Kalenic Monasteries, the best examples of “Morava” Medieval School of Architecture /14th and 15th century/ and sightseeing. Drive on to Prolom Banja Spa located in untouched natural ambiance with plenty of rich healing and medical amenities /swimming pool, wellness/. Hotel accommodation, dinner, overnight.

Day 5 After breakfast visit to Djavolja Varos /Devil’s Town/ unique natural phenomenon of 200 sculptures and columns made of earth by erosion. Drive on to Nis and panoramic tour with visit to Mediana, former Residence of Emperor Constantine the Great. Drive on to Svrljig and great traditional lunch. Drive on to Gamzigrad and visit to Felix Romuliana Roman archaeological site. Drive to Rajacke Pimnice /Rajac Wineries/ and accommodation in rustic households. Wine tasting in authentic wine cellars followed by rich traditional dinner. Overnight.

Day 6 After breakfast drive along majestic slopes of Eastern Serbia and visit to Rajko’s pećina Cave near town of Majdanpek famous for its rich “cave jewelry”. Traditional outdoor lunch at the Rajkova Pecina Cave Entrance. Drive on to the starting point of the climbing+walking tour to the breathtaking observation point of Djerdap National Park /jeep and safari-van assistance for clients who do not walk heavy walking tour/. Drive to Kladovo and hotel accommodation. Dinner on the boat. Overnight.

Day 7 After breakfast drive along the most beautiful part of Danube River flow throughout Djerdap National Park to Lepenski Vir and visit to spectacular pre-historical archaeological site dating back 10000 years ! Drive on to Golubac Fortress and short brake for photo-shooting. Drive on to Viminacium, Roman archaeological site from the 2nd century AD. “Roman lunch” followed by tour of Viminacium. Drive on to Smederevo and short walk along walls of the fortification surrounding the town. Late afternoon arrival to Belgrade and hotel accommodation. Festive dinner with music in Skadarlija bohemian quarter. Overnight.

Day 8 After breakfast Belgrade City tour : Kalemegdan Fortress, Saint Sava Orthodox Cathedral, the second largest Orthodox Church in the world, The Parliament, Dedinje Residence Quarters… Lunch. Transfer to Belgrade Airport and departure flight. End of program.
