Soft Team Building Adventures in Fruska Gora

The Agency team is made up of two executive coordinators, accompanied by animators and controllers for certain tasks, control points and working as team leaders, as well as the construction team which deals with mounting and dismounting obstacles and instructing participants on obstacle courses. Based on the demands and specifications of each group for team building activities, it is possible to include or exclude animators/team leaders, professional orienteering guides, and other professional services. Besides the core team building activities, along prior orders and wishes and demands of the group, we enrich the tour package with specific activities that are features of the Fruska Gora National Park – traditional farm houses, monasteries, wineries, interactive experiences and surprises ….. 

Participations conditions: All participants must sign a release form about their participation where they will state if they suffer from any health conditions and have limitations, but also confirm that they are familiar with the characteristics of the program and are participating of their own free will. All groups must participate together, their progress will be monitored on site, and special attention will be paid that they are moving together between check points.

Apart from the adventure obstacles, orienteering to check points and searching for secret locations, the check points can also contain team challenges and tasks, reflecting the desires and demands of the group. All programs contain additional challenges and bonus locations, solving puzzles and brain teasers, as well as one common group task for all of the participants.

The agency provides the program, maps, animators and instructors, safety equipment, a stand-by car and personnel to transport individuals from points on the route back to the starting location, souvenir prizes and working materials. For certain activities the Agency supplies terrain controllers, who would monitor the execution of rules, participation safety and movement.

Specific activities can be organized upon demand, which are not provided by these programs, with the possibility to combine and change the provided programs. Particular offers are compiled based on specific needs and demands.

I Team building Fitness bootcamp – locations : Stražilovo, Paragovo, Popovica, Beli Majdan

Description of activities: The fitness bootcamp is situated within an outdoor circular route which the participants must cross in search of check points where they will perform a certain fitness exercise. The participants will receive a map with set check points for the fitness exercises, as well as instructions for crossing certain sections of the route. The fitness bootcamp is safe for participation as the difficulty of the exercises is chosen according to the fitness level of particular groups. All of the groups would consist of participants with varying degrees of fitness to promote the topics of team work, togetherness and mutual support. This program includes the presence of fitness instructors on the locations for exercises or accompanying groups during the whole route.

Number of activities and duration:
– Half-day teambuilding lasting 3 hours during which the participants cross 10 check points, the total time includes presentation and instructions, breaks during the activities, processing of the results and announcements of the winners, time for changing clothes, warming up and stretching after the event.

II Team building Outdoor games – location: Stražilovo

Description of activities: Participants complete check points with team building activities in teams while they compete amongst each other. All of the activities must be completed so the group could pass the check point and move on. There is however a limited time for completing each activity, while the total points are added in the end and compared. All of the teams participate simultaneously, each on their own separate tasks, and after the time limit of completion they move on to the next check point, whether they have finished it or not.

Suggested activities: Trust exercises (leap of trust, trust fall…), speed and coordination (carrying objects from one point to another, assembling objects for a limited time), minute-to-win-it challenges (sets of amusing activities which have to be completed in one minute), group activities (spider web, sinking island, blindfold navigation, passing objects one to another), team and leadership games.

III Team building Circular route with activities – locations: Stražilovo, Paragovo, Popovica, Beli Majdan, Vrdnik

Description of activities: Participants cross a circular route, based on instructions or a given map they find locations with check points where they have to complete a certain team challenge, while all groups receive sets of brain-teasers to solve during the whole route or on specific checkpoints for a set time. The participants must take a photo of each check point to mark the exact time of passing it. The team building tasks consist of group exercises which must be completed on check points, after which the whole group must continue the search for the next location. The teams compete amongst each other in total finish time; they all depart together but to their own individual order of check points to avoid teams waiting on one of the check points. In the end, the points are awarded for completing the tasks, for bonus activities during the whole route, as well as the total finish time.

IV Team building Scavenger hunt and check points – locations: Stražilovo, Paragovo, Popovica, Beli Majdan, Vrdnik

Description of activities: All participating teams receive maps with marked check points, but without a set route and specific instructions on task execution. Teams individually decide on the order of completion, on the route between the check points, and they have to find the bonus locations on their own. Based on the maps and received instructions given at the start, the participants are provided with the locations on the map, the name and short description of the check points, a description or a snap shot of the bonus location, or instructions to perform a certain task.

Number of activities and duration:
– Half-day teambuilding lasting 4 hours during which the participants search for 15 locations, the total time includes presentation and instructions, breaks during the activities, processing of the results and announcements of the winners.
– Whole-day teambuilding lasting 6 hours during which participants search for 20 locations, the total time includes presentation and instructions, breaks during the activities, processing of the results and announcements of the winners.

V Team building Adventure course – locations: Stražilovo, Paragovo, Popovica, Beli Majdan

Description of activities: the adventure course program is based on participants searching for check points by using maps where they must complete an adventure obstacle. Based on maps with set locations, the participants must find that check point and then choose one or several team members to complete the challenge, with the condition that each member must complete at least one obstacle. Some of the mentioned adventure obstacles can be: using the zip line from one to another location, climbing and descending rope ladders while being belayed, crossing the rope bridge, abseiling from a certain height by using rope, archery – shooting the target with a bow and arrow, crossing the low V obstacle in pairs, raising one team member to a certain height, pulling one team member from one side to another by using rope, climbing and descending trees, etc.

All adventure obstacles are mounted and dismounted on demand, and are made of professional equipment used for industrial rope access work and sport alpinism. All participants must use safety equipment and follow instruction in detail, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate in the activities.

– Whole-day teambuilding lasting 6 hours during which participants search for 10 locations and cross 8 adventure obstacles, the total time includes presentation and instructions, breaks during the activities, processing of the results and announcements of the winners.
