Drina River Rafting and its gorgeous surroundings

Day 1  Departure from Belgrade in early morning and drive towards Visegrad via Debelo Brdo. Stop-over and visit to Dobrun Monastery, Vilina Vlas Thermal Spa /Nymph’s hair/ and Log Church in Vilinske Gore (Nymph’s Mountain). Accommodation in tents in Visegrad, near Drina River. Dinner, overnight.

Day 2  After breakfast, boat ride through the narrows of Drina with stop-overs in ascetic hermitages, raftsman’s village and the Zepa River. Overnight at Triftarska cliff, in the middle of the Drina River. Dinner in the open air /Drina’s trout and traditional specialties/. Overnight.

Day 3  After breakfast visit to the Bridge over Zepa River. When Perucac Dam was to be built, the bridge was moved 6 km from the Drina River junction to Zepa village. Tour continues through the most exciting and most dangerous sections of Drina River Canyon with stop-over and visit to the almost inaccessible Brusnica River Canyon and its magnificent waterfalls. Dinner and overnight in the open air.

Day 4  After breakfast tour continues through the Canyons to Djanici camp on to the Perucac Lake. Lodge construction in the nature, dinner with campfire and overnight.

Day 5  Breakfast and scheduled visit to the Medieval town of Klotijevac /13th Century/ in the morning hours. The town is located at the cliffs at the very end of Drina River Canyon. Tour continues toward Bajina Basta Dam. Dinner and overnight in fishermen raft-houses, located at the junction of Derventa and Drina Rivers.

Day 6  Breakfast and coach drive along the Drina River and visit to the spiritual Centre – Soko Grad Monastery. Departure to Belgrade in the afternoon with lunch in the Drina Camp – Sunny River  Tourist Resort in the vicinity of Koviljaca Banja Spa. Arrival to Belgrade in the evening hours and end of program. End of program and services.
