Day 1  Belgrade – Felix Romuliana site – Stara Planina Resort

Early morning departure by bus from Belgrade and drive along highway to Paraćin and further via Krivi Vir to Zaječar. Tour of the Felix Romuliana Roman Archaeological Site, UNESCO Heritage. Continue to Stara Planina Resort Hotel and accommodation in luxurious triple semi-suites. Traditional dinner. Workshop with lectures on nature and ecology outside hotel, short walk to the sunset viewpoint, orienteering. Back to hotel. Overnight.

Day 2  Stara Planina Hike/outdoor

After breakfast half-day trekking tour to Babin Zub peak, throught endless meadows and forests and along one of the most scenic walking trails, from where spreads magnificent panorama of Midžor peak, the highest point of Stara planina Mountain. Picnik lunch. During the lunch short quiz “How much do you know about Serbia?” Presentation of setting tents in the nature – children are involved. Drive to the rural complex of Vila Babin zub in picturesque Balta Berilovac village, presentation of traditional dairy production, milking cows and sheep…. Traditional dinner followed by visit to the collection of bikes from the Second WW. Return to Stara Planina Resort Hotel. In the surrounding forest making campfire with pantomime game or similar, overnight.

Day 3

After breakfast drive to the Honey producer and presentation of making natural honey. Drive to Inovo village and half-day sport activities in open, on the grassy yard /traditional “shepherd games”at playground facilities/. Traditional lunch. Shepherds’ competition, sheep sheering and traditional outdoor games – sack race, throwing stones from the shoulder…, folklore kolo dancing course and old songs of Stara Planina Mt singing, playing bag-pipe, costumed performance of Veljko Petrović brigands with dressing traditional costumes. Return to Stara Planina Resort, dinner. Costume ball competition. Overnight.

Day 4

After breakfast drive to Timacum Minus Roman Archaeological site and sightseeing. Pottery manufacture workshop conducted with professional potter. Big traditional lunch. Drive to Belgrade with late evening arrival. End of program and services.
