Day 1. Arrival Budapest

Arrival at Budapest airport. Program depends on flight schedule. Greet and meet by Panacomp professional guide and tour leader. In the evening we will take a walk along the Danube river and it’s surrounding  buildings. Welcome dinner in a traditional Hungarian restaurant. Overnight in 4* Budapest hotel (BB).

Day 2.  Budapest

Budapest half day sightseeing. Morning departure for the tour during which you will be able to discover the Chain bridge, the Castle district, Parliament building, ride the funicular to the Castle (great panoramic view), State Opera house with a local guide.  Afternoon is reserved for your free time or an optional visit to the Hungarian national museum. Lunch will be organized during the sightseeing. Free evening, diner not provided. Suggestions for restaurants will be given by the tour leader. Overnight in 4* Budapest hotel (BB).

Day 3.  Budapest – Pecs

Morning departure to Pecs, HD sightseeing with local guide during which you will discover the most important sights in Pecs like the st. Berlain Cathedral, Barbakan tower, Synagogue, remains of the Ottoman architecture… Lunch and free afternoon. Dinner and overnight in 4* Pecs hotel (HB). Overnight Pecs.

Day 4.  Pecs – Osijek

Morning departure from the hotel, border crossing to Croatia. Arrival to Kopacki Rit Park of Nature (known by wetland and bird watching), HD tour of the park with a professional local guide. Lunch will be provided after the sightseeing. After lunch, transfer to nearby Osijek, check in at the hotel and 1h walking tour with local guide. Dinner and overnight in 4* Osijek hotel (HB).

Day 5.  Osijek  – Novi Sad

Morning departure to Novi Sad (Serbia-Vojvodina), Border crossing. Upon arrival 1h city tour of the City center, 1h of free time. Break for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the gorgeous Pertovaradin fortress and the picturesque town of Sremski Karlovci. Dinner at a traditional Vojvodina restaurant with traditional fish menu. Overnight in 4* Novi Sad hotel (BB).

Day 6. Novi Sad – Belgrade

Morning visit to the nearby Fruska gora Mt/National Park monasteries and wineries. Lunch and wine tasting a in a local winery. After lunch, departure to the capital of Serbia Belgrade. Check in at the hotel followed by a short walk trough the city center. Dinner will be organized in the famous Skadarlija street (Bohemian quarter), with live music. Overnight in 4* Belgrade hotel (BB).

Day 7.  Belgrade

HD sightseeing with a local professional guide durrng which we will visit Kalemegdan fortress, Knez Mihajlova street, Parliament and surrounding sights and Saint Sava Orthodox Cathedral – the second largest Orthodox church in the world. Lunch will be organized after the city tour. Afternoon is reserved for the visit of the House of Flowers (Tito’s mausoleum) and tour about Yugoslav history. Free evening, no dinner provided.  Suggestions for restaurants will be given by the tour leader. Overnight in 4* Belgrade hotel (BB).

Day 8. Belgrade – Sarajevo

Morning departure to Sarajevo – the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, some 6hrs drive. Border crossing to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Lunch will be organized upon arrival in Sarajevo. Afternoon visit of the Sarajevo historical core – the Old town (Ottoman architecture, Ghazi Husrev Bey mosque, bazaar, artisan streets, Sefardic synagogue ) and the City center (Austro-Hungarian architecture, sight of the assassination of archduke Franz Ferdinand, Sacred heart cathedral, main pedestrian street Ferhadija). Dinner will be organized in a traditional restaurant with Bosnian food and music program (unique Bosnian Sevdalinka music).  Overnight in 4* Sarajevo hotel (BB).

Day 9.  Sarajevo

Morning visit of the Tunnel of hope museum and Sarajevo siege (92-95) tour. Lunch in a local restaurant in the Old town. Lunch in the Old town. Afternoon in reserved for a  tour of the Olympic mountain of Trebevic (cable car drive, visit of the bobsleigh track). Free evening, no dinner provided. Suggestions for restaurants by the tour leader. Overnight in 4* Sarajevo hotel.

Day 10.  Sarajevo – Konjic – Mostar

Morning departure to Konjic. Visit of the recently opened underground Tito’s bunker followed with a short walk in Konjic old town. Lunch will be organized after the visit on the way to Mostar in Jablanica (famous by it’s roasted lamb). Afternoon arrival to Mostar, orientation walk with the tour leader. Dinner in the Old town in a traditional Herzegovina restaurant. Overnight in 4* Mostar hotel.

Day 11. Mostar – Blagaj – Trebinje

Mostar walking tour – the Old bridge, Curved bridge, Old Turkish house, Koski Mehmed pasha mosque. Departure to Blagaj and tour of  the magnificent spring of the River Buna and the Blagaj tekke. Break for lunch at the Spring. Departure to Trebinje. Late afternoon arrival, check in followed with a short visit of the city center. Dinner and wine tasting at a local winery. Overnight in Trebinje 4* hotel.

Day 12.  Trebinje – Kotor – Dubrovnik

Morning departure to Kotor (Montenegro), border crossing. Upon arrival, City tour with a local guide. Lunch in the Old town. In the afternoon visit of the Gospa od Skrpjela Island – Lady of the Rock island (boat ride in the magnificent Kotor Bay). Afternoon drive to Mlini area (Dubrovnik Riviera), border crossing. Evening arrival at the hotel. Dinner and overnight Dubrovnik area 4* hotel (HB).

Day 13. Dubrovnik – Neum

Half day visit of Dubrovnik. City tour provided in the morning (Pile gate, Stradun street, Town hall, Dubrovnik Cathedral and Treasury, The Dominican and Franciscan Monasteries, The Rector’s Palace, Old port). Lunch in the Old town.  Afternoon reserved for optional tours such as Dubrovnik walls tour, Game of the Thrones tour or free time for leisure.  Late afternoon departure to Neum. Dinner and overnight in the Neum 4* hotel (HB).

Day 14.  Neum – Ston – Korcula

Departure to Ston, visit of it’s famous salt factory and fortification walls, oyster tasting and departure to Peljesac peninsula (known by it’s great wines). Lunch will be organized in a local winery. Afternoon ferry boat transfer to Korcula town and island. Evening walk followed with a dinner in a traditional Dalmatian restaurant. Overnight in Korcula 4* hotel (BB).

Day 15. Korcula – Vela Luka

Morning sightseeing in Korcula, departure to Vela Luka. Arrival and boat ride to the gorgeous non-inhabited island of Proizd. Picnic at the island followed with free time for swimming and leisure. Late afternoon boat ride back to Vela Luka. Evening free for leisure, no dinner included. Suggestions for restaurants will be given by the tour leader. Overnight Vela Luka 4* hotel (BB).

Day 16. Vela Luka – Split

Early morning departure to Split, ferry boat ride for 3hrs. Upon arrival city tour with a local professional guide (visit of the Diocletian palace, main square, Pjaca square, Riva harbor). Break for lunch.  Afternoon is reserved for your free activities. Dinner in a local restaurant with a sea view. Overnight Split 4* hotel (BB).

Day 17. Split – Sibenik – Zadar

Morning departure to Sibenik, city tour with a local guide (The Count’s Palace, Šibenik’s Cathedral of St. James, St. Anne’s Fortress, The Old Town Hall), followed with lunch in a local traditional restaurant. Afternoon transfer to Zadar, arrival and City tour (The Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, The Church of St. Donatus, City Walls and Gates, Zadar Cathedral of st. Anastasia). Free evening, no dinner included. Suggestions for restaurants by the tour leader.  Overnight in 4* Zadar hotel (BB).

Day 18. Zadar – Plitvice Lakes NP

Morning departure to Plitvice lakes National Park. 3-4hrs of visit of the park with local professional guide (boat ride included). Lunch in a local restaurant. Check in at the hotel. Afternoon is reserved for your free time and enjoying the wonderful nature. Dinner in a traditional restaurant with Lika region menu. Overnight in 4* Plitvice Lakes hotel (BB).

Day 19. Plitvice Lakes NP – Zagreb

Morning departure to the capital of Croatia – Zagreb. Upon arrival city tour (Gornji Grad, Zagreb’s Upper Town, Zagreb Cathedral and Treasury, Lotrščak Tower, The Art Pavilion and the Meštrović Gallery, Ban Jelacic square). Lunch will be organized in a local restaurant during the tour. In the afternoon some free time to discover Zagreb. . Evening free for leisure, no dinner included. Suggestions for restaurants will be given by the tour leader. Overnight in 4* Zagreb hotel (BB).

Day 20.  Zagreb

Day for leisure and shopping or optional tours. Farewell dinner in a traditional Croatian restaurant with the music-folklore dance performance. Overnight in Zagreb 4* hotel. (BB).
