Elit Villa is mountainous-style facility situated on Zlatar Mountain, at the altitude of 1200 meters, entirely surrounded with thick fragrant pine forest, in the tourist settlement above Nova Varos, which is about 2,5 km away from the main road Belgrade-Podgorica, in the close vicinity of the Zlatar Center for rehabilitation.
Accommodation capacity of the Elit Villa, 4 stars category facility is 20 beds in 8 bedrooms, of which 2 rooms has king-size beds, 2 double rooms and 4 triple rooms. All rooms of the Elit Villa are pleasantly arranged in fresh and pastel colors and equipped with wooden furniture and bathrooms with shower-cabins, and total TVs.
Elit Villa Zlatar features restaurant with 80 seats and outside garden full of greenery, where guests enjoy in invigorating vacations or delicious meals and drinks, as only fantastic locally produced food is served.
In the close vicinity of the Elit Villa on Zlatar Mountain there are 3 ski runs and numerous sport terrains, trim path and numerous trekking and hiking trails. You get to the peak of the mountain in 5 minutes by ski-lift which is 850 meters long, and can accommodate about 1200 skiers in hour. The main ski run on Zlatar Mountain is 955 meters long, with altitude difference of 214 meters, since it starts at the elevation of 1202 meters.
In Nova Varos and Zlatar Mountain area and surroundings there are 3 wonderful artificial lakes on Uvac River which are truly worth-visiting, and are connected upstream one with each other, forming the largest natural habitat of griffin vultures, the outstanding meanders, bays and water potential – Uvac Lake (Sjenica), located within the Uvac Special Nature Reserve, Zlatar Lake (Kokin Brod) and Radoinja Lake.
