The Wine museum consists of three halls, the first displays historic and ethnographic collections of wine making, viticulture, barrel making in the Stara Zagora area. This exhibition was kindly offered to Midalidare complex and provided by the Museum of History in Stara Zagora. The second hall has a cavernous design in contrast with the interactive media format owners have chosen to describe the past and present of the viticulture and wine making. This part of the museum closes off with a quiz on all information learned from the museum and wine tours. The last, third hall has a 3D real size hologram featuring Astor and Hristo Garbov.
