Day 1    Belgrade – Sremski Karlovci – Novi Sad

Arrival to Belgrade and welcome by Panacomp professional guide. Transfer by to the picturesque Baroque town of Sremski Karlovci at the foot of Fruska Gora NP-Mountain – cultural, historical and educational center of Serbs, 18 km south of Novi Sad. Welcome at one of the most famous wine cellars of Sremski Karlovci, tasting of 3 sorts of the famous Fruska Gora wines, followed with short introduction into rich traditions of wine production and Vojvodina lifestyle… Drive to Novi Sad and 3 stars hotel accommodation /centrally located City hotel Veliki or Fontana Hotel/. Welcome dinner, overnight.

Day 2   Novi Sad – Jagodina

After breakfast half-day Novi Sad sightseeing tour : the City Hall, the Cathedral, Liberty Square, historical core of the town with pedestrian-shopping zone… Tour of the Petrovaradin Fortress, and enjoying  the best panorama of the city. Visit to the City Museum of Novi Sad /with impressive underground tunnels/. Short free time. Drive along the highway via Belgrade to Jagodina /in central Serbia/, hotel accommodation. Free evening /optional evening walk to the park/.

Day 3    Jagodina – Ravanica Monastery – Zupa Winery – Vrnjacka Banja Spa

After breakfast drive to the nearby Ravanica Monastery and tour of one of the most famous Medieval Monastery of Serbia. Drive partially along the highway and further along gentle hilly region of the Zupa wine region. Cordial welcome by hosts dressed in traditional costumes at the Winery of Nikolic Family, entirely surrounded with the vineyards. Walk along the vineyards, visit to the lake followed by wine tasting and traditional meal in authentic wine room…. Kolo /folklore dance/ in the vineyards accompanied with accordion music. Drive on to Vrnjacka Banja Spa – the Queen of all Serbia’s spas, and hotel accommodation /Aleksandar or Lider hotel/. Free evening, overnight. /optional walk through the wonderful green park, or visit to the Fons Romanum Spa Center/.

Day 4    Vrnjacka Banja Spa – Studenica Monastery – Zlatar Mt

After breakfast drive to the Studenica Monastery complex /UNESCO heritage site/. Sightseeing of the Medieval complex. Monastic lunch /mountainous trout/ with glass of the red monastic wine. Drive on along the wilderness of Central-western Serbia to the Zlatar Mountain and hotel accommodation /in deep pine forest/. Free evening, overnight.

Day 5    Zlatar – Uvac Special Nature Reserve – Zlatibor

After breakfast half day visit to the Uvac Special Nature Reseve , the largest natural habitat of griffin vultures in the Balkans, boat ride along the lake while observing the nests of the griffin vultures set on the high cliffs within the pure environment. Easy hike to the observation point from where spreads magic panorama of the Uvac river meanders. Visit to the famous Zlatar cheese producer and tasting of the homemade buckwheat pie and natural honey. Drive to Zlatibor Mt – the most famous mountainous tourist center of Serbia and 4 stars hotel accommodation. Free evening, overnight /optional wellness/.

Day 6    Zlatibor – Sargan Train – Staro Selo Sirogojno

After breakfast drive to Mokra Gora and Sargan 8 Train ride along the well-preserved environment of the Mokra Gora Nature Park. Drive to Staro Selo Sirogojno open air museum and tour of the collections that best represent the Dinaric highlanders’ heritage. Short fashion Shaw of hand knitted cardigans/ woolen staff, while tasting the most delicious dried wild berries. Big traditional lunch. Return to Zlatibor hotel, free evening, overnight.

Day 7    Zlatibor – Potpec Pecina Cave – Zlakusa village – Belgrade

After breakfast drive to Belgrade with break for visit to the Potpec Pecina Cave and-or the Pottery manufacture in the nearby Terzica avlija Ethno Park in Zlakusa village. Natural raspberry juice of homemade raki refreshment. Accommodation in centrally located Belgrade hotel /Excelsior or similar/. Free evening, overnight.

Day 8    Belgrade

After breakfast half-day Belgrade city tour : the National Theater, Parliament, Saint Sava Orthodox Cathedral /second largest Orthodox church in the world/, Republic Square, Kalemegdan Fortress…. Free time for individual program. Farewell dinner with live music at Skadarlija Restaurant /bohemian quarter of Belgrade/. Overnight.

Day 9    Belgrade departure

After breakfast transfer to Belgrade airport, or /depending on flight schedule/ visit to the Nikola Tesla Museum. Departure flight and end of program and services.
