Feri Hostel Sarajevo
Newly built Feri Youth Hostel has been built on Veliko Polje, within the heart of the Igman Olympic Mountain, at the elevation of 1270 meters, 23 km away from Sarajevo. The Olympic Igman Mountain includes the north-eastern part of the Bjelasnica Mountain Plateau, with its northern side getting down towards the Sarajevsko Polje Field and settlements of Ilidža and Hrasnica, while in the west it gets to the Hadžići settlement. The highest peak of Igman Mountain is Crni vrh, 1502 meters high.
The Feri Youth Hostel is designed according to the highest international standards and opened in December 2008, and belongs to the so-called Youth Hostel of New Generation. Interior of Feri Hostel features modern design and mountainous style, with touch of luxury that all provide a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Feri Hostel has 39 spacious and comfortable rooms with total accommodation capacity of 103 beds, along with 21 supplementary beds. The Feri Hostel has double, triple, quadruple – four bed rooms and a six-bed rooms. Each room of Feri Hostel has own bathroom, satellite TV, quick Internet, direct phone access, work desk and chair. Most of rooms of Feri Hostel have balcony with magnificent view to the surrounding mountainous nature… Feri Hostel has a modern apartment, furnished in mountainous style, that comprises a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Apartment is additional arranged for pleasant stay with plasma TV, Internet and phone. One of Feri Hostel room is fully adjusted to standards for guests with special needs.
Guests staying in Feri Hostel on Igman Mountain enjoy in gastronomic offer served in restaurant with 80 seats arranged in mountainous style and turned towards the sunny side of Igman Mountain, with magic panorama to surrounding scenery, that provides relaxing and pleasant experiences. A rich choice of traditional and international meals, as well as the best wines are served in the restaurant of Feri Hostel. Restaurant with the bar and grill is connected with the open-air garden with 150 seats.
