The hotel’s façade is according to the typical architecture style of Bansko – the steep roofs, covered with tiles, while stone and wooden facing is also used. From the main entrance the guests come in to the wide hall with winter garden and fire place with separate nooks on two levels, opened to the green yard of the complex. Opposite to the main entrance is a Reception desk with premises for luggage, change and safe boxes. The pedestrian line is along glamour boutiques for luxury goods, cultural and information sector with business center and “Reservation” desk and leads us to the lobby-bar. Very close to it a Pub with 90 places is situated, cigar bar, game hall and business room. In the most South part here the kindergarten is situated, as for the children there is a possibility to go out and play on the yard. Guests staying in Downtown Ski&Spa Hotel go from the lounge to the restaurants with national and European cuisine, that are connected with big terraces with BBQ and inside yard. To the North of the hotel building, there is a SPA center with covered pools, multi functional hall and administration block, which actually exist independently. The main entrance to the multi functional cultural and information center is situated in the North part of the complex. The lounge in front of the multi functional hall is connected with lobby bar and sport and SPA center. The hall can host 300 persons, and can be separated on two smaller venues.
The rich SPA center has a total built area of 3000 m2 and provides a wide choice of procedures: Thermal club – the first level; Face and body therapy; Gym and fitness center; Tea and fruit bar. Tennis court is located very close to SPA center. The sport and SPA center have an own reception desk, where the visitors are allocated to the pools and SPA center. There are three zones in the pools area – a big sport pool, attractive pool with water skating and attractions and children pool. The premises are very light and exit to the opened terrace with BBQ.
Underground level is situated under the hotel and multi-functional buildings and occupies the whole North-East half of the terrain.
