„Pliva” Tourist complex is luxurious facility located in the close vicinity of Pliva river spring, in the north-western part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 8 kilometers away from a small town Sipovo. The Pliva tourist complex expands on 6800 square meters, along the gorgeous and fresh river bank and it is surrounded by mountains pastures, oak and beech forests. The Pliva tourist complex consists of eight deluxe villas, reception, restaurant-tavern and a motel. At the Pliva complex reception there is video surveillance system. Safe boxes are available, as well as all necessities for fishermen – from license to the entire fly fishing equipment.
In design and development of the Pliva tourist complex, situated in the untouched nature, a modern architecture solutions were successfully combined with traditional and original elements, which created inviting and pleasant atmosphere for relaxed and comfortable stay. The accommodation capacity of the Pliva tourist complex is up to 90 beds. Five two-floor villas, each of 130 square meters in size include three double-bed rooms with own bathrooms. Three villas feature four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All villas of the Pliva tourist complex feature fully equipped kitchen, living room, central floor heating, cable TV, wireless and internet, telephone, fire- and intrusion protection systems, video surveillance and terrace overlooking the river. The motel has two-floor restaurant, with gym, sauna and billiard room located in the basement. Accommodation capacity of the motel is 25 beds. Al rooms are equipped with bathroom, cable TV, internet and telephone. Restaurant-tavern is situated on two floors and with an outdoor terrace, the restaurant has a capacity of hundred chairs. The inner architectural design enables partition so that upper floor with an open amphitheater and video beam can be used for seminars, workshops and other educational events. As for gastronomic offer, there is local and international cuisine, as well as an extensive wine chart. On the top floor of tavern there are three double rooms with private bath, cable television and telephone.
